Welcome to our mountain vacation rental home with gorgeous long-range views of the Blue
Ridge Mountains in scenic Hayesville, North Carolina, just minutes away from Hiawassee, Georgia.
Our 2600 square foot quiet and secluded vacation getaway home is perfect for a weekend escape or
a family vacation in the mountains. Included with this mountain home is deeded lake access with a
private neighborhood dock on Lake Chatuge just a short walk away from the house. So bring your
boat or jet ski to enjoy activities on the 7000 acre lake that is one of the most beautiful clear water
mountain lakes in North Georgia. You can launch your boat at one of the three public launches and
bring it to our neighborhood dock.
The home includes 3 spacious bedrooms and enough sleeping space for 10 along with 2 full baths
and a gameroom. You will enjoy the peace and quiet and fresh air from the extra large covered wrap
around deck. The nights are cool and breezy in the summer and fall presents its most beautiful
colors as far as the eye can see.
Our mountain retreat includes all the comforts of home. The main level includes a complete kitchen
equipped with an oven, stove and refrigerator / freezer along with all the pots and pans, kitchen
utensils, china, and flatware you will need. A large den has plenty of seating and a stone fireplace to
warm the cool mountain nights. A spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables,
dresser, seating, closet space, and a mountain view. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed,
dressers and closet space for extended stays. There is one full bath outfitted with linens on the main
level.
The lower level features one extra large bedroom with a queen bed, seating, side tables and a
dresser. A full bath, gameroom, and a den with a wood burning stove is also on the lower level. A
large 360 sq ft concrete patio is also accessible for outdoor enjoyment.
The gameroom has a piano, foosball, air hockey, and board games. Two sofas in the den can also
convert into full beds for additional sleeping space. A full size washer, dryer and cleaning supplies
are also provided for your convenience.
