The cozy upper level den with bay window overlooks a mountain view. Satellite TV is
provided with 120 stations. Warm walnut paneling reflects traditional mountain decor.
A gas / wood stone fireplace provides cozy comfort and winter warmth in the upper level
den. Seating includes sofa, love seat and chair.

Comfortable seating is provided on the covered deck with a panoramic view of the mountains.

Hayesville, North Carolina, considered a prime area for retirement or
investment property, features some of the most scenic mountain
views in the southeast. Located in Clay County, NC, and just a
stone's throw from Hiawassee in North Georgia, you can take
advantage of the many attractions of both areas. Golf courses,
scenic hiking trails and waterfalls abound along with several stables
and horse farms for equestrian enthusiasts. Or, spend the day at
Lake Chatuge and enjoy fishing, boating, or jet skiing. A community
dock is located within walking distance. Hayesville is bordered on
the South by Lake Chatuge, the Tusquittee Mountains are to the
north, the Blue Ridge Mountains to the east and the Hiawassee River

with luxury linens and a fantastic view of the Tusquittee mountains. Room
includes dresser, reading chair, rocking chair, 2 end tables and spacious
closet for extended stays. Luxurious bed linens are provided.

The second large bedroom on the upper level includes a queen bed, 2 dressers, end
table, and spacious closet, perfect for extended stays. Luxury linens are also provided.

1st Level Den includes 2 Lazy-Boy Sleeper Sofas and a wood
burning stove. Satellite TV with 120 stations and DVD player
provided. Double window faces a mountain view.

Lower Level Bedroom is extra large and features a Queen Bed and luxury linens.
Dresser, end table and comfortable reclining chair provided. A full bath with shower
is also included on this level along with a full sized den. Light blocking Roman
shades keep out light for late sleepers.
