                                 $125 Refundable Security Deposit
       $50 per pet fee with approval of small pets prior to booking (nonrefundable)

Cancellation Policy: Three weeks (21 days) cancellation notice is required to receive a full security deposit refund.
                         Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
